This website is operated by Blavuu. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Blavuu. We offer this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing services from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including, without limitation, users who are browsers, customers, service recipients, and/or contributors of content.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service.

We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website.   • PRIVACY POLICY
    Blavuu is committed to protecting your personal privacy. This privacy policy outlines the type of information that is collected by us and how we use and protect it.  Who we share your information with and how you can access it. Body Contour Studio complies with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (“the Act”) and any code approved by the Privacy Commissioner under Section 18DD of the Act. This includes the National Privacy Principles introduced on 21 December 2001. For the purposes of this Privacy Policy personal information may mean some or all of the following: a client’s name, contact details, date of birth, bank account and/or credit card details, other identification details, purchase and payment history and other sensitive information.

    COLLECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
    In this privacy policy “Personal Information” means personal identifiable information such as but not limited to your name, street address, email address and telephone number together with sensitive information required for us to provide goods and services to you.  When you make an enquiry about us or our services or products, you may be asked to provide personal information so that we are able to assist with your enquiry. When you provide us with Personal Information, you are authorising us to use that information in accordance with the terms of this privacy policy, which includes your rights to limit our use of the Personal Information. We will not collect, use or monitor any personal information without your consent. We collect personal information primarily to enable us to provide you with our services and products and may also use your information for marketing to you or for any other purpose permitted under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

    COLLECTING SENSITIVE INFORMATION
    For the purposes of this Privacy Policy sensitive information means the information a client has disclosed to us about their physical and mental health and well-being. We will only ever use your sensitive information to provide services and products to you.  Such information will not be used or disclosed for any other purposes without consent, except in cases when disclosure may be required by law.

    We use various technologies to collect information when you use our website, including cookies and web beacons.     YOUR RIGHT TO ACCESS TO YOUR INFORMATION
    You have the right to review your personal Information that we hold. Information may be reviewed by submitting a written request via the contact page on the website. If you request us to delete or amend personal and/or sensitive information, we will take all reasonable steps to do so, except where it is required for legal purposes. This may however result in us not be able to provide you with certain services or products.

    STORAGE AND SECURITY OF PERSONAL AND OR SENSITIVE INFORMATION
    We take reasonable precautions to keep your personal information secure. Access to your personal information is permitted among other employees only on a need to know basis. If the Personal Information that we have about you is no longer needed for the purposes stated in this privacy policy, and we are not required to hold it by law, we will take reasonable steps to destroy or permanently remove your personal information.

    PROBLEMS, QUERIES OR COMPLAINTS
    If you have a complaint about breaches of this privacy policy, please contact us using the contact page and we will investigate your complaint in accordance with the Act. If you are not satisfied with the way that we respond to your complaint, your next step is to refer your complaint to the Office of The Federal Privacy Commissioner. It will then be dealt with as determined by the Privacy Commissioner.

    We reserve the right to change this privacy policy at our discretion. If we decide to change our privacy policy we will post those changes on our website. We encourage you to visit the site frequently to stay informed and up to date.

  • By booking an appointment with Blavuu, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

    1. You voluntarily participate in treatments provided by Blavuu, including but not limited to skin clinic services, face sculpt massage, injectables, and head and scalp care.

    2. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blavuu, our directors, consultants, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers, or licensors shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind. This includes, without limitation, lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise. Such liability exclusions apply to any claims arising from your use of any service or products procured via the service, including but not limited to errors, omissions, or losses resulting from the use of service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service, even if advised of their possibility.

    3. You confirm that you have disclosed any medical conditions, allergies, or contraindications before receiving treatment, including but not limited to:

      • Current medications

      • Cosmetic surgery history

      • Pregnancy or breastfeeding status

      • Skin conditions (eczema, psoriasis, dermatitis, etc.)

      • Keloid scarring history

      • Autoimmune disorders

      • Any other medical conditions that may affect the procedure

    4. You agree to follow all pre- and post-care instructions provided by Blavuu.

    5. You waive all claims against Blavuu, its employees, and affiliates regarding liability for treatment outcomes.

  • These Terms and Conditions, together with our Client Consent Form and Privacy Policy (available on our website), govern all purchases made through Blavuu and constitute the entire agreement between the contracting parties (“Agreement”). All purchases of our products and treatments are governed by the Agreement in force as of the date the purchase is made. By making a purchase, you agree to be bound by the Agreement in force on the date of purchase. We reserve the right to update the Agreement; however, this does not extend to altering pricing for any prepaid products or treatments once payment has been received.

    If you have any questions regarding the Agreement, we encourage you to contact us before completing a purchase.

    MEDICAL DISCLAIMER
    Please consult with your own physician or healthcare practitioner regarding the use of any goods, products, or information received from us before using or relying on them. Your physician or healthcare practitioner should address any and all medical questions, concerns, and decisions regarding the possible treatment of any medical condition.

  • All contents included in our clinics or on our website, including without limitation text, icons and graphics are owned or licensed by us or our suppliers and are protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws. All Product, Treatment and company names and logos mentioned in our clinics or on our website are the trademarks, Treatment marks or trading names of their respective owners, including us. You may download material from our web site for the sole purpose of using it as an information resource in connection with our Treatments. However, you may not modify, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit or distribute, by any means or in any manner, any material or information on or downloaded from our web site including, but not limited to, text, graphics, video, messages, code and/or software without our prior written consent, except where expressly invited to do so. Nothing in these terms and conditions constitutes a transfer any intellectual property rights.

  • PAYMENTS
    1. All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) are subject to change without notice.
    2. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
    3. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
    4. Full payment is required at the time of service unless otherwise specified in your Membership Plan and Maintenance Membership Terms & Conditions.

    BOOKING GUARANTEE FEE & CONSULTATION FEES
    1. A booking guarantee (deposit) fee of $100 is required. If you receive same-day treatment, there are no additional charges for the basic consultation. However, if you choose only to receive a consultation without a facial, the consultation fee is $100.
    2. A deposit fee must be sent within 24 hours for the booking to be confirmed.
    3. Schedule changes before the booking are allowed. However, for cancellations or rescheduling occurring within 48 hours of the appointment, the initial deposit becomes non-refundable, and an additional $100 fee will be required for rescheduling. For membership bookings, instead of a deposit deduction, one session from your membership will be deducted as a penalty.
    4. No-shows will also result in the forfeiture of the initial deposit.

    APPOINTMENT DEPOSIT
    1. Blavuu Membership bookings are subject to our cancellation and attendance policy. In the event of a late arrival, late cancellation, or no-show, one session from your membership will be deducted as a penalty.
    2. The penalty will be applied starting from the second occurrence of a late arrival, late cancellation, or failure to attend your appointment.
    3. Membership sessions cannot be refunded, transferred, or used for product purchases.
    4. If all membership sessions are used due to appointments or deductions, a new membership package must be purchased to continue booking treatments.
    5. To ensure availability, we encourage all members to manage their bookings responsibly and notify us in advance of any schedule changes.

    REFUNDS
    1. We do not provide refunds for cancellations or change of mind and will only provide refunds if required by law.
    2. Our 'no refund' policy applies to consultations, medical procedures (including injectables), as well as dermal treatments and procedures.
    3. Where we have provided the treatments and services you have agreed to purchase, and where this has been provided with due care and skill by our suitably trained staff, we will not offer a refund.
    4. Please note that our treatments, services, and packages are not transferrable to other individuals.
    5. If a refund is required and accepted by Blavuu, regardless of the contract date, the total payment amount minus the number of times used based on a one-time fixed price amount after the 10% penalty deduction will be refunded. An additional 13% fee will be deducted in case of an online purchase. (A refund will be processed after completing an internal approval process.)

    SKINCARE RETURNS
    1. We do not provide refunds or replacements for purchased at Blavuu for:
    • Change of mind or purchasing error from your end.
    • Subtle and unavoidable variations in colour, texture or scent that sometimes may occur between the batches with natural products, or because you may not care for a product’s colour, texture, scent or perceived performance.
    2. Should you experience an adverse reaction which you suspect is attributed to our skincare products, we will consider each situation individually. If such a situation arises, you are requested to provide details and photographic evidence of the issue, and we will review it to determine if a refund is warranted.
    3. To be eligible for a refund or replacement:
    • The item is faulty (photographic evidence may be required).
    • The item is incorrect due to our error (photographic evidence may be required).
    • The item was purchased directly from our online or physical store.
    • The item must be in the same condition as it was received (not damaged from dropping or mistreatment).
    4. You have 7 calendar days to return the item from the date you received it. We reserve the right to refuse the refund or replacement of items which do not meet the eligibility criteria.
    5. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original cost of shipping will not be refunded.
    6. If you would like to return a product, please reach out to info@blavuu.com.au for approval prior to returning your product.
    7. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Please note that we cannot be held liable for any shipping issues, including missing parcels or delays, related to your return.
